Hi All. I see additional amount - 10% of my total pay as the variable component(I mean it’s apart from my fixed pay). Is it common for all and how much do you we get in hand out of this variable component. Please share your input.
Yes it’s common for all except few in sales or some org I don’t remember. Regarding rules please look at workspace, they have described that in detail. But TLDR is the first quarter it will be paid in full, but subsequent quarters based on performance.
