Iâve never worked for witch companies or know anyone close who work for them but I ask everyone to show some respect as theyâre also hard working people with dreams just like you and me. If they did anything illegal then theyâd be in trouble for sure.
Yeah. Target the companies, not the employees. Most of them working in WITCH because it's the only job offer the got and personal circumstances. Not everyone has an offer from FAANG or a hot startup from Bangalore.
Itâs not even the WITCH companies fault . Itâs greedy management of American companies who outsource for their profit . Example - Google has about 50% contractors . And yet the employees of those companies get blamed and discriminated against .
