Is your TC close to the TC mentioned in blind for your company and same yoe as yours (for non faang companies)?
While negotiating salary with non faang companies when I mention the expectations based on blind data, the HR says your expectations are too high. This has happened with tier 2 companies for 12 yoe and full stack engineer role

There is little to no formula that translate yoe to TC... Also blind is skewed on the high end of self reporting folks
