Is your company requiring vaccination? Is testing an option?

Spotify is for anyone going into the office. No testing option.

Pixar Shart💩 Jan 15, 2022

We require vaccination.

Everi Holdings nVhF82 Jan 15, 2022

No. But we get a bonus of 350$ if we do. And we had a drawing where 20 people won 4k each.

Tesla DataIsGrt Jan 15, 2022

I don’t fkn understand why people refuse to get vaccinated and pretend like they are some fkn scholar who got some secret bullshit knowledge that the rest of us don’t

Apple 💫⭐️✨ Jan 15, 2022

Well no that’s not what we believe. We just want to gather more data before going for it. 2 years still not long enough. I prefer wait a few more years and observe. Marketing advertising is one thing, proper testing sufficient data gathering is another thing

Tesla DataIsGrt Jan 15, 2022

There it is. The fkn whiny b***h spoke. How tf do you know more about vaccines than actual scientists? Please explain

Google Aw.come’on Jan 15, 2022

Required

Apple 💫⭐️✨ Jan 15, 2022

That’s not true google allows religious exemption

Salesforce Ndhn03 Jan 15, 2022

Both required for now.

ServiceNow vaporwave8 Jan 15, 2022

If people don’t wanna get vacinnated then whatever that’s on them. I’m tired of arguing, whats the point, they won’t listen. But actions have consequences. If you don’t want to get vacinated then fine, so be it. But that should mean you can’t go into the office. Its only fair 🤡

eBay bvfffhh Jan 16, 2022

bogus virus research should have consequences. But lord Fauci is protected by the almighty.

Spotify StHAR45 OP Jan 16, 2022

Vax injuries should have consequences too but there’s absolutely no recourse

Oscar health requires it if you go into the office. Not required if you work from home / remote. They did a major flip flop on it. From early spring till summer they said they would mandate it. Then they said they cannot be the vaccine police and there will always be exceptions so they changed to just highly recommended but not mandated. Then after other companies started mandating it they flip flopped back again to mandating it. Totally spineless.

Meta WWWF Jan 16, 2022

Oh my…The first mandate was pretty early when vaccine was largely accessible I think. Was there a lot of pushback to result the initial back off?

Oscar cune06 Jan 16, 2022

They didn't really give a reason why they went from mandate to just highly recommend. They said it would be impractical for them to mandate the vaccine and there "will always be exceptions" and they cannot guarantee that everyone entering the office has had it e.g. what about vendors, clients, people they are pitching, potential customers, guests, delivery people etc. At that time no other big companies were mandating it (maybe around the start of summer). Then fast forward a couple months to the end of summer and after other big companies were mandating it they flip flopped back to "we've always thought this is the best way to keep people safe so we're mandating it". Such a joke. Like at least if they took a position and stuck with it it would show they'd actually thought about it. Instead of just flip flopping and copying others because they are too spineless to make the decision themselves.

Vaccination required to enter the office, but no verification or enforcement mechanism.
