Context - Consultant at a boutique healthcare consulting firm. I was put through a PIP for 7 (of 9 months of first ever job). I asked them to transition me out and they came out and apologized and said that they realized that PIP was a targeted act from my ex-manager. This week, I resigned and the exec team was not happy. **Real Question -** My team was scheduled to visit client site during the first week of April; travel was pushed to first week of May due to weather concerns. I got a credit voucher from American Airlines but the money has not been expensed yet. My manager is saying that I could use it for personal travel and that, they would not be expensing my flight. **Are they allowed to not expense me for travel committed and covered by the company?** *Side Note - this company is also asking me to return my prorated sign-on bonus($2.5K of $5K). I asked them to waive it but was told that, "the leadership would be unlikely to approve this request since I only gave one-week's notice" #consulting #pip #layoff #resignation
