Workday is for companies that get hard by knowing you spent 20 minutes filling out information that was already on your resume. It’s preparation for your career at their shthole
Amen. Recruiters/HR of these companies should be made to apply for a job they post using this crap with login and required field validation popping up for auto fill values and numerous pages worth of useless data already in resume. Compare that with greenhouse and Ashby which is smooth.
Greenhouse has been quite pleasant.
