Got offer from Nintendo
Hello, I got an offer from Nintendo (Redmond,USA) with $125K base and bonus up to 30% of base paid semi-annual. The position is Data Engineer. YoE: 8 (switching from service to product company) What should be the ideal compensation figures? Does Nintendo not provide stocks and joining bonus? Yeah but you’d have to work at Amazon. Nintendo is basically the opposite of Amazon. Slow moving, employees stay forever, good work life balance. I swear people on here only care about salary and/or TC
