Should I take an SE || offer at Warby Parker?

I’ve heard strongly mixed reviews about engineering at Warby Parker, anybody able to talk to their experience working there? I’m more concerned with the technical experience and culture than the $$$ although they are expected to IPO in the next year or so.. Offer: Waiting to hear back on details YOE: 3 TC: 130k
