Capital One or Stripe?
I have an offer at Stripe as a PM. New TC: $320k, current TC: $180k. I love my WLB and will be promoted this upcoming cycle to Senior PM. Should I stay at C1 or go to Stripe?

Comes down to what you value. If you wanna work hard and make big TC and become a vp or something at a tech company than take stripe. If you’re less ambitious, good with your money, working to live than I’d probably stay put. Stripe going to burn you out.

Depends on new C1 tc. If 250 ish, I'd stay. Our WLB is worth it.

Stripe stock is as close as cash as you can get in non public companies
