There isn't anything on Blind about safetyculture, hoping that some Blinders could share some info about what it's like to work there - esp in Sydney. Eg: - culture (competitive, chill...) - WLB (9-5, less, more...) - how comp compares to other companies - equity outlook - work model (their blog says that teams decide whether to WFH, office or hybrid. How does that play out in practise?) 220k; 3 yoe #safetyculture #swe #software #engineering
Hey, engineer at SafetyCulture Sydney here. I agree with the other poster. It really depends on the manager for both WLB and WFH. Also a few staff have quietly negotiated full time remote. Feel free to DM me too.
Ex safety culture is here. Ignore this company. Completely crap. They will sell you the idea of the startup, that would be entirely fake.
Hey OP. I’m at SafetyCulture. It’s quite a good WLB, but in some teams it isn’t. It really depends on your manager. Culture is quite chill, not a lot of backstabbers and we all support each other. Comp might not be as high as Atlassian, but everyone think our equity is gonna do well in the future. We all work hybrid. Some people WFH all the time but I think most managers want the team to come once a week at least, but there really isn’t any enforcement from what I see. DM me if you got further questions.
