How to invest in India as an NRI?
How is it, would it be worth it to work there until it IPO’s? Would appreciate anyone’s insight who works there or used to. TC: 113k 🥜
The IPO carrot has been dangled in front of folks for over 8+ years. They have missed so many opportunities to do so. Engineering has changed a lot over the past years. Most original folks have since left the company. Some good tech but overall this is not a place for someone to grow or make money.
The work life balance is pretty good. Management seems a bit all over the place and no where at the same time. Engineers may have a different experience, but in Sales it's all about hitting your numbers. Managers in Sales are only really good at driving the teams to meet targets and don't have any people management skills. Not sure if this helps!
Any insight into the tech side?
