I would like to know if this offer is reasonable for my experience. Yoe - 6 Offer - 105k+ 1 month ESOP vesting at 25% each year The ESOP looks ๐ฅ . Is this the case for every senior roles there ? Role - senior software engineer. Current TC- 75k
