12 years experience Being offered 130K + 25% bonus for a security engineer role. Location : remote Current TC: 117k ( no bonus ) P:S might get to 130k soon at current company.
25% bonus for year end merit is reserved for those that receive a Rockstar yearly rating (and even Rockstars do not always get 25%) That rating is exceptionally hard to get, it’s reserved for a few %. Plan for 10-15% bonus on your first non prorated year when evaluating TC offers.
