Place to visit for fall colors this weekend in north east?
Hey there, planning to visit Boston this weekend for a viewing fall colors and was curious to know if I can still get a chance to view some colors in NE? Plan was to land in Boston and then drive to Acadia for a days stay but seems most places in Maine are past peak. Can anyone please suggest any places to visit for some good experience in late October? #vacation #fallcolors
Too late unfortunately and itās been raining heavily, so most of the leaves are on the ground. Itās still fall, so you can see beautiful scenery but the vibrant leaf colors are past. If youāre going for fall vibes, maybe check out Western Mass or Southern Vermont? A weekend isnāt much time. Even Acadia is a 5 hour drive from Boston.
Which place in western Massachusetts is a good option? If viewing in souther Vermont, any good park or place to visit?
