I have been interviewing for the JPMC Frontend Developer role and I am in the final stages of the process(Interviews are done and HR call is pending). The hiring manager and project team lead have given the green signal and waiting for HR Paperwork to be done to get the offer. How much salary can be expected for this role in Houston, Texas? How should I start negotiating with HR? Any sign-on bonus or relocation bonuses offered? Anyone, please help. YOE: 2 Current TC: 90k #software #swe #engineering #jpmc #frontend #chase

Everything seems great with this guy, except basic attraction. What to do? My friends say it’s no big deal
Idk but nyc base is like 140 max when I interviewed last year for non senior level
Did you had any sign on bonus or relocation bonus? From what I read on blind JPMC doesn't give out any sign on bonus
You can expect TC somewhere in the range of 150k to 180k for Plano if it’s for associate role.
You must be joking. Even some VPs can’t get that much
I am a hiring manager and have a huge team in Plano. I am not winging it.
Hey OP I have a front end engineer interview coming up with JP, could you share the questions/pattern of your interview. TIA
Do you need visa sponsorship?
I am currently on OPT so I will need sponsorship in future
Oh, then expect a significant delay in getting pass through the legal team. Also insist them to get in written for H1. There are several posts here where they lied and tricked F1 candidates and missed out on lottery chance
