JP Morgan Greencard process and personal trading rules
Recruiter is saying they can start greencard process after 6 months for IT roles. Can anyone please validate this ? As from what ive read from multiple posts by jpmc people, they wrote when visa has 2 years left but even with that, you gotta keep pushing it to your manager or else they'll never file it for you.
Thanks for your response. Do you mean someone got it writing that in last 2 years of 6 year period jpmc would start processing? My case is bit different, as I have have approved I 140 and expecting my priority date to be current anytime now. Do you know any such cases?
Don’t join here if you are on visa, they keep saying it but never file i140
Thanks for the response . I am assuming when you say "here" its jpmc and not juniper. I have approved i140 from previous employer and well past 6 years on visa. My priority date would be current soon,so I want to make they start the process after 6 months . Would you still say dont join jpmc in my scenario?
