Hi, has anyone worked in JP Morgan as a product manager in an operations team? Got an offer and am trying to evaluate it. TC would be $165k so about a $30k bump from where I am now. They want people in the office 3 times a week though which seems very antiquated in these times. TC: $135k
YOE?
10 but not all in product. I was a BA for about 5 years and been a PO/PM for two. Kinda shifted careered after my first few years
Hi, I am currently with jpmc as consultant on ops team. It has decent work life balance. Technology is a bit outdated, but moving from wells to jp would have similar vibes to be honest. Hope this helps
Is this for their Plano location?
Yes
Is the role considered an associate or VP role? I’m assuming it is not an executive director level
Product managers don’t need to go into the office lol - that offer looks low
What do you think is a good offer? I am in Texas so it’s cheaper

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
Personally I’d want a higher TC if jumping ship especially if going into the office that frequently (target of 30-40% bump) then I’d just suck it up and go in
Yea I am thinking the same thing. Do you know if the bank has good work life balance and culture? I hear that it’s kind of a sweat shop depending on where you are
I think JP and Goldman are more or less the same in terms of hours and balance and that they’re both bad but I could be wrong..
