I have offers from JPMorgan in Plano and Citi Bank in Atlanta. Both salaries and roles are comparable, VP. Which one works better for career progression?
citi absolutely sucks. worked there before,
Jpmorgan. I am formal employee
Former?
Yes and i have good memories. Had to quit because spouse job moved
JP
Could u share the TC offered with JPMC and Citi
Base 130 for JPMC Vs 135 Citi
Dang finance pay is nothing compared to tech
Plano JPMC is better IMO
Worked at citi before jp. Whats your lob in citi and jp
What is your YoE?
What's the role and LOB (line of business) at Citi?
Def JP in Texas. The firm is investing a lot there. Goldman also has a hub in Texas as well as other major companies if you want to make another switch. Atlanta only really has SunTrust, Coca Cola and Delta if you want to work at another large company
Not knowing more about what part of the business you're talking about. In general go with JPM in Plano. Larger metro and JPM is way ahead in digital footprint and investing in tech to better the business versus Citi, which is still playing catchup.
