#JPMC What are software engineer 2 salaries for JPMC in Plano, TX. I have 4 years of experience in industry. I actually tried for Software Engineer 2 but selected for SE 2. what can I negotiate they are offering 110k base + upto 15% bonus based on performance I am getting below TC: 125k, no bonus

In that case, try to negotiate but understand that most employers right now know they have the upper hand and will exploit it (as they always have). It’s a long term game, you can always jump ship once the market is in a better spot. Best of luck.
