I just received an offer from JPMC and would like some input I got an offer from JP Morgan Chase for an L3 position (equivalent to a Promotion from my current position I think) and don't know whether or not I should take it if I'm slotted to be promoted at this upcoming MY 2024. Would Like input on WLB at JP Morgan Chase, culture, performance cycles (i’ve heard no stack ranking like C1), internal mobility, etc C1 current TC is ~119k, 116k base with only 1-6k bonus based on performance (avg $3k) A promo would be 10% plus normal yearly raise so I would expect to land somewhere around 130k if I promoted at C1 sometime later this year… but it’s not guaranteed Separate thought… should decline this offer and apply to MAANG or other tech and try my luck there instead? 😅
