Seeking help from Blind community , if this offer from JPM chase sounds good? Any more info regarding culture/WLB at JPM Chase tech teams appreciated. Offer : Software developer role Grade : 602 Base : £90k Bonus : £15k Location : London Hybrid 3d WFO Current TC : £71k YOE : 9
I got 95k + 15k bonus offer 1year before for 8YOE. I think you should negotiate.
Is this a VP role? If yes, negotiate. 105k is not really good for 9YOE.
Just for reference, I joined JP 9 months ago with 2 yoe as a 602 with £87k TC (75 base + 12 bonus), so 105k for 9 yoe does seem low.. is your team front, mid or back office? That might affect your TC as well
How much Chase UK (digital bank) can offer on Senior/VP role. The role says Senior/VP . So i am not sure if it is for 602 or VP. Thoughts? Also, Current TC : £98k YOE : 11 How much do you think I ask for?
It’s good for 602. Wlb depends on org and specific team but usually Wlb is decent
I would say with 9 yoe I’d expect you to be vp though (with higher tc with that level)
