Interactive Brokers job offer evaluation
Hello Blind community, got an job offer at Interactive Brokers. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Location - Chicago YOE - 10 Base - 175k Bonus - 30% Also, how is the yearly hike and bonus payout?

Also do you generally get targeted bonus? Do you get more than targeted for good performance?
Bonus + stock is generally 25-40%.
Did you end up accepting ? I have a similar offer and contemplating it ?
Bonus is usually 15% cash + 15% stock(with 5 years vesting period), salary increase 3-4%. Numbers can be different depending on division, your current base(higher base -> lower bonus) and years at the company. But those are average numbers in the company

Hey! Reviving this thread to ask how it’s been at IB, @Public Sapient or anyone else who’s from IB. Also, is it normal if an offer letter doesn’t specify how much bonus and equity I’m getting?
Base increase and bonus is heavily performance based, if you perform well with good reviews I would say 15-20% increase in base yearly.
Is the bonus usually 40%? I was told from the HR today if you work as expected then 40% is guaranteed. If bonus is 15-20% that means company is telling me to look for a new job. Is this true?
