JS & sisters - Opinion

Hi, I have been contacted for JS, Millennium Partners, Jump Trading, Paxos (crypto shop), & Rokos. Most SWE positions and one quant position. Which one to pick for application? Recruiter is someone who doesn't get a no for an application for an interview from these shops. I have a PhD in CS & 5-6 sweaty years of experience. Currently I'm in Tier 1 IB (making peanuts) working as a SWE. How much TC to target for SWE role, & a quant in Rokos. #swe #software #engineering #quant
