What is the interview process like for an Associate Software Engineer role? Are they a combination of behavioral and/or technical? What type of technical questions do they ask? What would be the best way to prepare? What’s the culture like? Also what would the TC look like? Edit: YOE: 2.5 TC: 96k +5k bonus #InterviewQuestions #GoldmanSachs #Fullstack
Coding Questions, Behavioural, nothing much on System Design, I have also got a few math related questions. Coding difficulty- probably leetcode medium. A bit about your experience as well. Also prepare to ask few questions about the company and role to your interviewers
On the easier side of interviews. It's worth explaining the technology to them in the sys des interview though. I went half an hour before I asked them if they knew what some things were. They said no - still got an offer, but poor interviewing from them. I thought they just looked gormless because they were about 12.
Wow didnt know Lockheed paid well, what's your position?
Level 2 Systems Engineer
General SE questions and a coding round. Some teams do the more casual career questions. TC is non existent compared to tech world. And work life is non existent. What's your YOE and current TC

That's honestly pretty solid for LMC. Much better than my range when I worked at LMC in Ft. Worth around 2014. Go through the interview ringer and if they give you a good offer then go. 2.5 years is a good time to bounce around and learn from new experiences (good and bad). If you're applying elsewhere then see what else you can land. Don't lock yourself into just a single place.
