Hi! I’m curious what amount of RSU refresher does #synopsys grant every year in general? I heard it’s basically zero for level 67(senior) and below, but what about Level 68(staff) or 69? Really appreciate if people works there can share :)
I've always found it stunning that a $527B industry is supported by two EDA companies. Meanwhile, management at these companies insist on paying peanuts. If the engineers at Synopsys at Cadence decide to strike they would have massive collective bargaining power.
I have always wondered the same ..why cdns and snps bitting each other’s ass
Yes same thoughts

15 years age difference, need advice! 🙏
Tbh the compensation structure is undergoing change, they are starting to give more RSU, even to 67 and below. We don’t know what the longer term trajectory or norm will be. Compensation adjustments roll out early December so we’ll see.
Last year I got 20k/4 as a 67. We’ll see this year.
Thanks for sharing! Which team are you at? Do you know if it’s different team by team? Like EDA tools VS IP design
