Offered Senior Engineer position in modem systems group at qualcomm bay area YOE - BS+3+MS+3 Salary offered after first negotiation Base - 153,000 ( Earlier 150,000) Sign on - 40,000 ( Earlier 15,000) RSU - 80,000/3 I have unvested RSUs of around 50,000. Does Qualcomm compensates for the unvested RSUs? Any retention bonus? Also, I have interview scheduled with other companies. Not bad for a senior position. Is it in the bay or SD? You should get ~15% annual target too. I think they can extend your offer for a week or 2 but not sure under this virus situation.

Decent offer, I know a staff engineer in DV receiving similar TC in the bay area - he has similar yoe as you, though.
