Has anyone moved from Europe through tedious NIW process? Which attorney/law firm did you use and is this worth to give a try or I should look for employer based L1/O1? I have a decent profile (PhD, publications, media coverage, critical role, etc) for NIW and attorney thinks the success rate is good, but I am reluctant due to the hectic process. Why do you feel this is hectic? NIW is much easier than going through regular EB2 PERM and then filing I-140. There are many immigration firms that specialize in Eb2NIW and EB1A and will be able to guide you through the process. If the company is applying for you, suggest you ask them to apply EB1B and EB2NIW in parallel. EB1B can be applied under premium processing and you will have an answer within 15 days. Just fyi, EB1A can be self petitioned (similar to EB2NIW) and EB1B must be company sponsored.
I have a couple of friends, not from EU but Australia, Canada and etc moved to US with NIW Google some lawyers and they will do this for you, about 5k usd. If your qualification is good, just a time issue. Good luck
