Hi All, I am planning to buy a home in "Fairwood, Renton , WA" area closer to the Petrovitsky Park and was curious about how bad the air quality is because of the Cedar hills landfill and Cedar grove compost a couple of miles away from the location. Does it smell or stink like milipitas? #housing #seattle #amazon #microsoft #bayarea #tmobile #facebook #google #albertsons TC: 205k - Senior software engineer - Chump money.
Zero issues. Even I didn't know there is a landfill, it is around 10 miles from Petrovitsky though.
Op did you end up buying over there? I’m also looking at homes there and came across your post.
Nope I bought a home at a different place.

Unpopular opinion: I couldn’t care less about Trump’s convictions
I've experienced zero issues. Have family and several friends that live there. I didn't even know there WAS a landfill in that area. It's a very nice part of Renton with two distinct "sides". Both sides are nice, but one is definitely more desirable/exclusive...
Thank you for the information.
