I’m applying for a single entry visa. Indian citizen. In the checklist, they say a copy of the US visa needs to be submitted. And later there’s a check box for H1B Visa and I-797. Do we need to submit both the visa stamp copy and the I-797 or one is enough? I’m in SF. Anyone applied in Japan’s SF consulate(or anywhere else from the US) recently?
Submit both dude, I just applied for Korean visa two days ago. Consulate just called me and said - thankfully you have submitted everything. You will get your visa in a week.
I did submit visa stamp and 797. If your visa expired just put 797
What’s wrong with sending 1 extra document? Use company printer if worried about the cost to print at fedex
What's the problem with submitting what they've asked for?
It lists 10 options under the visa section. H1B, I797, F1, J1, I-20 etc. not everything is relevant to everyone. So I want to know what is relevant for H1B holders.
