Freshworks Reputation (India)
I have an offer from freshworks and I’m planning to join there. But before joining I wanted to check how is the brand /reputation in the job market. Is freshworks considered a good brand to hire from? Is it easier to get interview calls from top companies if you plan to switch from freshworks. I have other offers from Walmart and pharmeasy. Ignoring the TC which would you recommend would be a better fit for swe

Freshworks is a good place to work long time for the work culture and benefits provided. If you're looking for a quick jump, I'd advise you to join Walmart.

Freshworks is a good place and have a great culture. You can go for it. I had moved from freshworks to one of FAANGMULA. You will get better opportunities in future

Bro for one, you are getting royally lowballed, and Freshworks has no such reputation or anything. I have been applying to a lot of big tech, and they haven't even noticed my application. The work culture is ok, but appraisals are gonnna be an ache for you with this as your joining package. When you meet people around you, you ll realise how much you were lowballed. And when you try and ask for a raise, the hr folks won't even budge. The tech stack is shit here. So my piece of advice, please don't join
Why, you never know what was his situation in his company before to ask them not to join. How is WLB at FW? Not everyone comes for hike or for good tech stack
Wlb depends on team. You can chill around in my team, but they ll constantly give awards to loudmouthed fools and over workers. I dont know if any one will like that. Iam saying, if he has another offer please consider that. I used to love fw at one point, if the same person spews so much hate.. then please imagine how hard it is. That is considering you are an intellectual and give yourself a bit of self dignity.
