I’m interviewing for a Program Management Sr Mgr job with Lockheed in Orlando. What is the bonus structure for a Sr Mgr? I worked for Lockheed years ago but was at a much lower level, so did not receive performance bonuses. TC: 242 YOE: 8 #offer #Lockheed #lockheedmartin #Lockheed compensation

It’s not close. But honestly I had some of the highest job satisfaction there. Worked on some super cool projects.
I worked at Lockheed in another life and would never trade my Microsoft lifestyle for it.
Why would you go to Lockheed or any defense company from Microsoft? TC at defense will be much lower and bonuses will be mediocre without stock grants where most engineers make the $$$. One benefit will be pretty good WLB and defense is generally slow paced. LMT also has the 9/80 where you work 9 hrs per day and get every other Friday off.
Yup I understand I’ll take quite a financial hit, at least initially. the move has more to do with work/life balance, 9/80, and location than TC. Just trying to fully understand what comp I can expect in addition to the base as I decide to move forward in the process
