It’s a raise from where I am in terms of total package, but any advice on negotiation of: 120k base 100k bonus 80k equity 3% 401k (My company is 10% now) I was in finance for 2 years and sales here for 1. This is a sales role. Reservations: Start up Lack understanding of sales structure Hate using my network - you only get a finite amount of favors in life… I’ve started 2 businesses recently- 1 no CF yet, other profited $45k after fees/expenses in August (launched Aug) closed it until restocked. Basically I’m not sure it’s enough base for me. Package overall almost up 50% in size. Base slightly less. Help with negotiation please TIA!!
