Industry accountant with 4.5 YoE, no PA experience, or CPA. Just general corporate staff accounting. Feel like I am lagging behind peers and underpaid. Trying to make my next role be one that sets me up to make real money in the future ($200k TC in 5 years?) So with that, which role do you think might be the best for that? BlackRock - Offer of $90k base, $6k bonus within Investment Accounting Group. Entry level Analyst title. (3 days onsite, 2 wfh) Wrike - Small/Medium sized tech company acquired recently by Citrix. No offer, but got interview. Recruiter says $90-110k base. General senior accountant role. Fully Remote. PwC - No offer, but most likely around $80k base, experienced audit associate within Center of Excellence, so fully remote. HCOL. NY metro. Current TC: $74k Co 1: Y1: $50k + 3k Bonus Y2: $53k + 3k Bonus Co 2: Y3: $68k + $5k Bonus Y4: $71k + $7k Bonus Y4.5: $74k + No Bonus because I won't be around #finance #accounting #compensation
