I saw a few posts here highlighting hiring freeze in effect. I had received an offer early last month and my h1b coe got approved. I know ServiceNow vowed that there won't be layoffs in 2023. Just wanted to know, how is the company doing? Is it safe to join at this time? TC: 200+ YOE: 12+
