Im a Sr Software Engineer at a private IT company owned by Silverlake group. Few months back we have a new Indian chief digital information officer come in here from another company called YEXT. She then slowly started to bring her gang of Indian employees from YEXT to our company with excessive hiring and creating majority count in the team and started replacing current tech stack and app tools with the ones her poached employees are experienced with citing they are far better and issued contracts to consulting firms of her own choice. My Manager and several other quit by themselves to escape her harrasment . Constructive firing of all old employees is being done here. Also the manger she placed on my head and his associates are harrasing me mentally with aggressive timelines and treating me with no respect badly. What are my options to save job and work with dignity? what should i be doing now? please advice. Start interviewing. It is toxic and you cannot do anything about it. It is like cancer. Once it begins, it will eventually be an Indian house. Force is too strong to fight for you. The genius part of this Indian invasion is that: the western world doesn’t seem to mind. :)

That's really risky. If you do that you could face retaliation from the direct manager. So be prepared to change jobs. A safer thing to do is to change teams within the company if possible.
