Job hopers - How did it work out?
Summarize your resume and give thoughts on if it was worth it or not I.e. Startup - 1 year Intuit - 1.5 years Amazon - 1 years Google 1.5 years Tc: $280k Thoughts: definitely made more money but makes PIP/layoff threat pretty intense since it could shorten an already short tenure
At 5yr experience, you have 280k TC. I don't think you needed as many jumps.
Alaska Air group 7 years, with max tc 70k. changed 3 jobs in 3 years after 2020, now TC 220k at Amazon. I'd say its working great. Funny thing is the more I get paid the less value I'm adding.

It must be so chaotic to work contracts and short term like this constantly looking for the next job. How did you manage your mental health and financial situation?

J-3: 8 years, 330k J-2: <1.5 years, 350k J-1: <1 year, 600k J: <1 year, 700k Still at J, hopefully won't need to leave.
Print industry - 10 yrs - 38k UX - 1yr - 65k (LCOL) How was intuit? Don’t see anyone posting from them. Their tax software is very user friendly IMO
