Hi - Recently got an offer from Capgemini to work specifically on a 5-year long-term project for Morgan Stanley as a contractor. Wanted to ask here if anyone has worked on any of the data analytics projects for Morgan Stanley as a consultant and what has it been your experience? In my current job, I work as a full-time employee, remote. The money they're offering is +40% of my actual salary and they are considered prestigious which helps for future opportunities but I'm concerned about switching jobs and getting burnout with crazy hours, not having a stable contract, getting terminated with no time in advance and if the change is worth it. TC 100K...🥜 Any advice or guidance? Much appreciated.
Implementing partners will always promise things that are usually on a happy path. But even the key person in the business will be blind till the last week.

Sorry. currently at 100K...🥜
I would go for it
Consultants at MS can be let go at a moment's notice and considering we're heading into some economic head winds, consultants will be the first to go, given any choppy waters... Nonetheless, 40% is a pretty good bump, but just bear that in mind when making your decision.
Cap has been axing jobs, but if you can tolerate it then go for it
would stay at current job, there's a reason for my username lol
