Shitty job in a good company always because the exit options are so much better.
How? I have two offers, but the one in good company is completely different from what I want to do. How can the exit be good if I don't like the job profile?

If you want to add a brand name to your resume and don’t plan to stay with that brand for more than 12-18 months, go for it unless it’s completely misaligned with your long term career goals.
