I reached out to many recruiters on LinkedIn but almost 0 responses. When I switched jobs 3 years back, this process worked quite well for me but not this time around. Probably due to job market conditions. Folks who have secured jobs recently or are in similar phase, what approach did you use? Did you just apply to companies directly? Or used referrals?
