Hello community. I’ve been hunting for a few weeks now via LinkedIn with no luck. Should I be looking at a company’s website for available positions or is #linkedin enough?
Companies only put select jobs on LinkedIn as it’s a paid service so you should do both
A lot of companies that do layoffs recently are still hiring on LinkedIn. The posting is often outdated. Try all the possible ways you can find during this tough time.
I created alerts on LinkedIn with some keywords and I also search on Indeed.
Another best source is Blind for referrals, I referred several and several folks referred me.
Thanks. I thought you already had to have a posting or job ID before asking for a referral. Finding good fits at good companies is part of the struggle. And from the few I’m perfect for, I don’t get replies.
Find companies on LinkedIn, then check their website for the actual job postings. Premium was practically useless for me, but then again I'm only a new grad.

Get a LinkedIn premium while you look it does help in making your profile appear in recruiter or HM searches. Also using LinkedIn only should be sufficient.
LinkedIn premium boosts you in search results?
Thanks for that. I already updated the resume and profile. I’ll do the trial month to see if theres noticeable improvement.
