Job security or high pay

Which do you value more? Eg 300k tc weekly risk of pip, or 150k travel the world, QA test youtube etc. Also you are 30 years old and single, and no visa dependency High tc- you get bragging rights, paying all the bills 😎 but constanttt pressure and taking breaks might lead to a pip. Gets many interviews Job security- brag about wlb and slacking off, but feel bored and dream about higher tc Edit: job security seems like the winner, can someone share why. If money in long run is the concern, why not take high paying job and save for the winter Even if you get pipped fast, you would get lots of money and exp out of high paying job
