Culture is laid back, nobody works 40 hours. Comp is weak-ish. CTC and CC are great, but Chesterbrook is 🗑
Interested to know what you think comp might look like for 10 yoe in data engineering domain.
The reply above looks about right. Cash bonuses have been better in the last year or two, though ymmv. WLB is very solid. Some kind of shakeup seems to be coming in engineering on the Advertising side, not clear to me what’s happening yet.
Depends on team if you know the hiring manager I can tell you. I know a lot of folks at effectv.

Work culture: no work pressure I would say but again depends upon which team/manager you will be a part of. Compensation: TC Of 120k seems bit low. If it’s just the base pay I guess you can negotiate it bit. GC timelines: it would absolutely take a hell longer than you would expect from other fast paced organizations. They initiate the process in 6-12 months and then it can take 24 months to get your i140 approved. You have to bear premium processing fees.
$120k is the current TC. Part of the reason for looking for greener pastures. Do you know what TC to expect for Data Engineering domain with 10 YOE?
Should be somewhere around 130-140k base pay 8-12% bonus 6% 401k match Stocks 20-30k So in total you would land 170-180k. Again my maths might be wrong and ymmv.
