Joining Rubrik now or not
Hi, Recently got an offer from Rubrik. Offer details 180K base and 15000 Stock units. Is it worth joining Rubrik now and with this offer? I am at Amazon right now with 260K TC. #amazon #rubrik
How much do the stock units value?
According to last valuation 23$. Looking for pointers on how much they are worth now in the secondary market and projected IPO value.
Other posts have said around $40 but I can't verify this firsthand

I declined recently. WLB is bad in Rubrik. Stocks would have also diluted with recent MSFT courtesy investment. If you are looking for less stressful work, Amazon to Rubrik is not a good idea.
How long after your final round did you get the offer?
Not sure whether you worked for Rubrik or not, but WLB in Rubrik is actually not too bad. It's much controllable. MSFT investment was tiny so it's not much diluted.
Is it a G7 or a G6 offer ?

Yoe ? I joined very recently. Not a lot to say at this point. But it appears they’re hiring a lot. But also see a lot of accounts deactivated on wiki pages. So quite a bit of attrition has happened here seems like. Ping me if you would like to know more
@grokvmw the docs could be created by old employees and long back. People leave after sometime anycase. I observed the same about the docs
