I have a verbal offer for a VP role in risk from jp morgan in Delaware. Base is $150k, does anyone know what the year end bonuses are and if there is any relocation or sign on provided? Also how is Newark delaware? Current TC around 140K base around 20K year end bonus in New York
All Newarks are the same. Better wear a bullet proof vest.

It varies from ~8 to ~18, some time Jpmc does offer relocation

No, NYC. First they give you offer via phone, if you accept it verbally, they will prepare official letter. But once they are preparing it, they presume you are ok with it. Ask next week about target bonus and relocation package. Negotiate maybe, ask 10k more if no relocation package

Bonus at chase = garbage Expect less than 10% and very small or no annual raises. Relocation/sign on - you need to negotiate this. No sales tax in Delaware, at least thereās that!

Too low offer in this marketā¦ VP should get atleast 180k baseā¦ plus 40k bonus. Thatās bare minimum in nj area
In Plano itās 120k and 10k bonus.
