I think if you apply for AVP position it should be about 90k. Just a rough estimate

Depends on the position like Klarna said. Don’t go in at anything below VP. Their salaries at associate level are insulting unless you’re looking to get experience and get out. Culture is horrible too.

My experience has been horrible here. Managers never encourage you, just scare you and treat you like a number. They don’t talk to you like a human. You are technically their helper and nothing more. You are not equal. Don’t tell you manager what you think. They don’t care. When it’s time for bonus and raise, expect nothing but peanuts. If you don’t work overtime expect nothing. It’s a dead end career here. VP / Texas / 4 years / 150k
