Amazon Manager put me on focus

I wanted to change team, and then I was put on focus and told I cannot change team. They didnt want to lose headcount. What is the longest time a manager can put someone on focus? For me, she put me in focus for 2 months. Also how is the pip severence? How many months of salary do one get? TC: 30LPA
