Juniper offer evaluation

Experience: 8+ Years Company: Juniper Networks Title/Level: Software Engineer 4 (Though HR told me that he is taking approval for Staff Engineer) Location: Bangalore Salary: 37 LPA + 2.4L PF + 1L Gratuity Performance Bonus: 5.25 LPA Total CTC: ~46 LPA Stock bonus: 550 units Over 3 Years Signing Bonus: non Relocation: 1 L Total comp (CTC + Signing Bonus + Stock): ~51 (46L+~4.7L) LPA for first 3 year I'm already have an offer of 40L Fixed + 3L variable + ~10L as RSUs for 3 years.
