Overall pleasant experience. This was for 2 teams for 2 days. I think this was an untraditional number of rounds but whatever, more practice. Got to AA round for both days. Signed NDA, so I can only say that the questions are easy to medium. Nothing close to as hard as an Amazon or Google interview. However they do dig into your thought process more and how you design. Always expect a system design question. I find the younger team to be more algorithmic while the older teams will still be asking coding questions but will poke in areas that the younger teams wouldn't have. Most likely through years of experience interviewing people they develop better methods. The older team seemed fairly unstructured or it seems they can jump on any question as you pick your own topic to discuss. One of the team's AA round was non-technical while the other AA round was technical. Wonder if there was a reason? Does anyone know if teams can share their feedback with each other? Can I get a hire from one team and a no hire from another? How does that work? TC: 180k
Sounds awesome, if 9 rounds didn't wear you out. Do you mind sharing which group and level were you interviewing for?
Azure team, there are a lot of azure teams but I think level is determined by hiring manager.
Great, thanks for sharing! Hope to hear more from you about working in Azure after 1-2 years' time.
That's if I join 😉

Yes, you can get a hire from one team and not from the other. The recruiter you work with is usually candid about the process, feel free to ask them any such questions.
Thanks for the info and hope you get an offer. What will you do if you get both? What’s AA mean btw? And was the older team the one who asked behavioral?
As Appropriate round..usually done by Skip..
The AA round generally was more behavioral. But the younger team had all rounds with some behavioral.
