Just joined Tmobile

Hi, I recently joined Tmobile, Bellevue as software dev. Can anyone tell me how is the company doing and what's the growth in the company.

Shouldn't you have asked these questions about the company before joining?

Verizon seems to have better coverage

If you have been following the company since John Legere joined you would be aware that it was struggling prior to Legere coming on board. Since then the company has become a growth engine and has become customer obsessed which is a good thing. His targets are AT&T and Verizon and he is making great progress beating them at customer retention and new sign ups. They have better customer service than any of the other mobile operators and their quality of service has vastly improved

I went from sleeping in my cubicle and getting maybe two major projects a year, to being so busy with 8 projects a week that it's making me resentful. Other teams still do diddly squat and have low key stuff and my area is ridiculous with back to back project calls 8-6pm and no lunch.

What team are you in?

T-Mobile doesn't even have good coverage in Seattle downtown, its own backyard.

Seem jealous. None of our employees have jumped corporate buildings.

It has been difficult for TMO to have enough quality spectrum in the Seattle area compared to many other places. They still offer a quality product even with all the other carriers having legacy access to beach front property low band spectrum everywhere. Imagine once that 600 Mhz rolls out nationwide and they have more low band spectrum than any other competitor. It will be a knockout punch.
