Doing pretty well eh? Why do you guys pretend this stuff is hard? Literally watched like three YouTube videos, been investing for a couple months
So how does it work? Too lazy to research
You buy it and the value goes up or down.
Lol
Options are gambling and a guaranteed way to lose money fyi
Only if you’re bad at it 😂
Everyone thinks they can win at black jack lol
Actual derivatives trader here. Because you’re not trading here - you’re gambling. If you go to the casino and bet at the roulette tables 6 times in a row and win all 6, no one thinks you are a great gambler - it’s just luck. Somehow this principle is lost when beginners touch derivatives. There are ways to trade in a systematic and successful way. Those ways are not easy to learn, and there’s a reason skilled traders make millions of cash TC each year. Come back when you have a strategy with Sharpe>1, 2 years track, min 1 million size. Til then enjoy punting 10 lots, lol.
Totally agreed. I am still in my learning phase.
My firm basically does treat it as gambling
Imagine watching 3 YouTube videos and thinking you are a genius 😂
Yeah where were you in December when market tanked
Bingo. In a rising market, lots of folks who buy 💩 think they’re an investment genius.
Troll score 2/10
What’s this, like a $1000 bucks ? Try it with 50% of your NW if you’re so confident.
This is probably 50% of OP’s NW 😆
Screw that. Leverage on margin. Bet with OPM if you're such a stud.
Ha ha ha ha
All’s well till you start running out of luck. I got lucky till 68k and one day boom, -20k
That's 🥜 of an investment Try taking a loan outta your 401k and gambling all your life savings on a single org like r/Wallstreetbets
That's rookie. Try taking out a second mortgage and buy out of the money options with expiry in 3 days
I pawned a kidney personally and placed a lien on a few other organs. No reason to half ass anything
